First, I do not support Gorsuch as he reminds me of Justices Kennedy and Roberts.

Soros could be charged with sedition but the problem is finding a court to convict him.

Federal judges who serve on the U.S. Supreme Court, in the federal appellate courts or in district courts do not have a set term of office. They are allowed to serve as long as they like, provided that they remain personally and professionally responsible.

Now that Sessions has been confirmed we will quickly find out which side of the fence he will walk.
