The UN couldn`t enforce birth control. Only a resurgant Western civilisation under good government could do something like that but it wouldn`t be pretty.Could you imagine the muslims disobeying their religios duty to produce as many kids as possible unless they were forced to? The cold reality is that there are too many people on Earth and some of us have to go! I couldn`t think of any better candidates for this "going" thing than niggers and ragheads!
