The leaders in these cesspool countried are so desparate they would do anything for support.
We CAN get them to stop having so many babies. If it worked in China, then it should work anywhere else.
There is more then one way to skin a cat, but WE CAN stop the population from over growing. There are many delicate ways to do it, ITS US IN THE WEST who's allowing it, not them.
