Yes it sounds cruel what you say but sometimes you have to be cruel to be kind. In Africa they are totally irresponsable about birth control and enviromental care and when the shit hits the fan they expect us to bail them out. Blacks in Africa are also in serious trouble due to the AIDS pandemic.If they were given ARV drugs they probably would like you say take it as a green light to be even more promiscious and that would make HIV spread even faster over there.
However most overpopulation happens in Asia where most of humanity lives. The Asians are also industrialising hence producing more greenhouse gases so in the enviromental sense are a much bigger threat than the Africans.Maybe the right solution is to introduce ethnically selective virus strains into the Asian population to decrease their numbers.
HOWEVER IT GOES WITHOUT SAYING THAT IN ORDER TO SAVE THE EARTH FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS OF WHITES WE WILL HAVE TO TAKE DECISIONS THAT MAKE US TOTALLY RUTHLESS BASTARDS!
