Second. What I said is true. If you plan on doing something deemed harmful, then you can be traced.
a.)Your ISP gives you an IP. They know your real info.
b.)The proxy you hide behind logs your real IP.
How else do you get the pages you want to see?
c.)Most websites log IP's for many reasons.
Some of them too much for your tiny brains.
d.)Ignorant Fucks like you will never understand it.
Third. Software like you mentioned would never be available to punk-ass bitches like yourselves.
PS We already know who has skills far superior to yours. By the time you try to trace this IP It will belong to someone else.
