Life had been going pretty smoothly for them for the past six months. She had been promoted to a shift manager at work and between that and Rio's salary they had opened a savings account and had some money going in there to collect intrest and whatnot. She helped out by paying for the groceries around the house and still did the cooking and such when she was home for it, she still liked taking care of everyone even though the way she had dressed and acted at times had changed she was still the same sweet little Jackie she had been before - just with a bit more self confidence. At that moment though, her confidence was laying in a broken puddle of mush on the ground as she looked down at the picture in her hand. The little girl was beautiful, big blue eyes and blonde curly hair...She must have got the curly hair from her father...whoever that was. She was supposed to get pictures every six months to a year, to assure that her baby was being cared for and was happy and whatnot but now she didn't know if it was such a good idea. There were so many feelings welling inside of her, bitterness, anger, hurt, pain, guilt, shame and they were all just twisting around in her stomach and in her chest till she nearly felt like she couldn't breathe. Swallowing heavily, she bit her lip, still standing in the middle of the room she shared with Rio...
