A note to all Greene Academy parentsAs Sondra mentioned in the November News, it is time to begin the election/election process for next year's officers. If you are, or know of someone who is interested in being on the board we have begun accepting nominations. There's a large envelope at the studio (near the file cabinet) containing nomination forms and envelopes to put them in. Further instructions are on the outside of the envelope. We will be accepting nominations until Friday, November 18, 2005. If stopping at the studio is inconvenient; you can always e-mail me with your choices at: jeandavis@pacbell.net. Once the nominations are confirmed, ballots will be mailed by November 22, 2005. A stamped, return addressed envelope will also be included. Returned ballots should be postmarked no later than December 5, 2005. Introduction of the new officers will be at a meeting scheduled for mid December. Exact date and location will be posted on the Greene Academy group site.Please pass this information along to any Greene Academy parent who may not currently be a member of the Yahoo group.
