I went dancing at the Parkway Casino 2-3 times in the late 1950s-early 1960s. It was OK but not nearly as romantic as the Glen Island Casino. My father said Dutch Schultz once owned the Parkway and used it as a bootleg liquor and beer distribution point. Don't know if that's true, but it's a good story.
