It’s about a Festival title and NO many do not do this and if so please name? And why have that in the contract if your going to let them compete and I understand the grace period sure but definitely not like this. And if Teen had a title also then she should not have competed either. All this clearly shows is that Etouffee doesn’t hold pride in the way they run a pageant nor do they run a clean pageant. This is probably the reason why They don’t have contestants. And the girl who won Miss she held the title for the other festival when she ran for Etouffee and she didn’t win so she went back to the other one traveled and went back again to Etouffee ya that sound even worse to know she ran back when she didn’t win the first time.

She ran last year and didn't win and fulfilled her duty of crowning her successor, but no-one competed so they asked her to remain the queen, which she let the directors know she intended in running for a Miss.   - Because it says on the form can’t hold another Festival Title so neither Miss or Teen should have been eligible especially if they were both actively traveling. Some people miss the whole concept of Festival Titles. (NT) -- No name, 02/15/18 8:54pm

  - Also some Forms state they can’t run for any other Festival title. Some also state they may run for school or city. Not sure what is on either of those two contracts for contraband and maybe you should be also check before calling a festival out. The point is it should have been taken out of the form if this was going to be allowed. You can try to justify this all you want but it is wrong.         Yeah cause they were just lining up to compete, and yes I do know her and the teen, and their current directors and their previous directors. Been in this industry a VERY long time, and as much as you want make this to be some unheard of event, it isn't. (NT) -- No name, 02/18/18 7:20pm
