Also some Forms state they can’t run for any other Festival title. Some also state they may run for school or city. Not sure what is on either of those two contracts for contraband and maybe you should be also check before calling a festival out. The point is it should have been taken out of the form if this was going to be allowed. You can try to justify this all you want but it is wrong.
