Grace Naron McClure, 83, died Saturday, August 20, 2005, at Lakeland Health and Rehabilitation in Jackson. Visitation is 10 a.m. until the 11 a.m. funeral service Tuesday in Cleveland at 206 Bishop Road with burial in New Cleveland
Cemetery. Ray Funeral Home of Cleveland is handling arrangements.

Mrs. McClure was born in Webster County near Mantee in 1922 to Maggie Pepper Naron and James William Naron. Her family moved to Bolivar County in 1924. A resident of Boyle since 1949 and a member of First Baptist Church of Boyle, she was a long-time emergency room nurse at Bolivar County Hospital as an LPN. Being an avid gardener, her yard was always a showplace for various plants and seasonal blooms. She had been a resident of Lakeland Health and Rehab in Jackson for the past six and a half years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, George K. McClure; son, G. Kenneth McClure, Jr.; sister, Ruth
Riddell and brothers, Lamar Naron, James Naron and L.B. Naron.

She is survived by her brother, Riley B. Naron of Greenville; son, Raymond Naron McClure and his wife Linda of Madison; grandchildren, Rhonda McClure Burnham and husband Carl Burnham, Jill McClure Lowery and husband Craig
Lowery, all of Austin, Texas. She is also survived by daughter-in law, Mary Smith McClure of Boyle; and grandchildren, George K. McClure Ill, his wife Danita, and Amanda McClure Brown; a great-granddaughter, Mandy Brown and a great-grandson, Brian Austin McClure.
