Subject: Wayne Vick's Mom and Byron Hughes

Wayne Vick's mother is in critical condition at Boliver Medical Center in Cleveland. She fell last Saturday, breaking her wrist and shattering her left leg. She was taken into surgery yesterday (Wednesday) and was stable for about an hour. Her blood pressure fell out the bottom, and the doctors feel she had a major stroke. She is on a ventilator at this time, and the prognosis is not good.

While Luther was at the hospital this morning, the hospital staff rolled Byron Hughes by on a gurney. Byron was chucking blood last night, and Pat and Leon Weeks took him to the hospital. He appears to be a bit better now, but he's still in the hospital. The problem has not been diagnosed at this time.
