Hi! Congratulations on signing up for the program. If you're a motivated self-starter and enjoy working independently, you'll love it! Personally, I had taken several tradional classes and some correspondence courses before my seminar and luckily most of the credits transferred. They'll tell you all about it at your seminar but it sounds like you're anxious to get started! That's great! A good rule of thumb to remember is that your credits have to be from an equally accredited college and preferably in the area you intend to study in the EXD program. Depending on your major, they'll give you a worksheet detailing how many credit hours you need in each academic area in order to graduate (i.e, communications, math, humanities, etc.). They'll accumulate fast if you stick with it! I even took some CLEP tests. They're great for quick and cheap credit! Let me know if you have any other questions I can help with. I'm graduating (finally) next month. Good luck!
