Dan's list covers it pretty well. The Universal films he cites are among my favorites as well.

Dracula (1931) remains my favorite. Lugosi gives the performance of a lifetime, and the supporting cast is memorable as well, especially Dwight Frye.

I still haven't seen the Spanish Dracula, which was filmed at the same time as the Lugosi version.

Dracula's Daughter (1936) is one of the most underrated Universal horror films. Gloria Holden and Irving Pichel are amazing.

Son of Dracula (1943) has been much maligned for its casting of Lon Chaney Jr as Count Alucard, but I thought Chaney did a nice job with the role.

Horror of Dracula (1958) and Brides of Dracula (1960) are my favorites from Hammer. Dracula: Prince of Darkness (1966) and Dracula Has Risen from the Grave (1968) are major contenders as well.

Bela Lugosi and Christopher Lee are, to me, the two greatest Draculas in the history of the silver screen.
