Abbott and Costello meet Frankenstein gets my vote. Bela Lugosi as Dracula and Lon Chaney as The Wolf
Man! Karloff gave up the monster role after Son of Frankenstein (1939) but Glenn Strange does a nice job.

A&C Meet Frankenstein would be my favorite too.

I remember when I first saw it back in Oct 1959.
I was expecting the monsters to be fakes as in "Hold That Ghost" and several of the Three Stooges shorts I had seen before.
But to my surprise the monsters turned out to be the real deal. I found out just as soon as Talbot changed into the Wolfman while talking to Wilbur on the phone. I was so glad to see that the monsters were not going to end up being fakes, and I was also happy to see the monsters being played straight.

This is one of the few horror or A&C films that my father never saw before that he couldn't talk about with me like he has with so many other films he saw before I got to see them on TV.

Second pick would be "Hold That Ghost."
