Kevin McCarthy (1914-2010)

A fine actor, he passed away on Saturday, September 11 at the age of 96. He is probably best known for his lead role in the science fiction classic Invasion of the Body Snatchers (1956). He played Dr Miles Bennell, a role he would reprise in a cameo appearance in the 1978 remake.

He was also memorable in the Twilight Zone episode "Long Liver Walter Jameson".
