Subject: Favorite Universal Horror with Valerie Hobson

Valerie was in these Universal horror and drama films as many know:

1.) The Bride of Frankenstein (1935)
Character: Elizabeth von Frankenstein

2.) The Werewolf of London (1935)
Character: Lisa Glendon

3.) The Great Impersonation (1935)
Character: Eleanor Dominey

4.) Mystery of Edwin Drood (1935)
Character: Helena Landless

5.) The Man Who Reclaimed His Head (1934)
Character: Mimi (scenes deleted)

6.) Great Expectations (1934)
Character: Biddy (scenes deleted)

She was also in the UK version of 'Great Expectations' (1946) as Estella, which is considered to be the best one ever made and above the Universal film's adaptation that stays very close to the Dickens novel.
