Subject: Favorite moments in 'The Wolf-Man' (1941)

Without a doubt, the most beloved of the werewolf series, with Lon Chaney, Jr. and the great Claude Rains in the lead roles. Bela Lugosi only had a support role in the film. This was made during the second wave of the horror film cycle in 1941.

Talbot spotting Gwen through the telescope.

Talbot buying a wolf headed cane from Gwen.

Bela the gypsy reading Jenny's palm.

Talbot trying to rescue Jenny from the wolf attack and killing the wolf, which turns out to be Bela the gypsy.

Talbot's first transformation, walking out through the woods in the fog, killing the grave digger.

The Wolf Man caught in a bear trap and being released by Maleva.

The climax with the Wolf Man attacking Gwen and being killed by Sir John Talbot with the wolf headed cane.

I agree with Dan's selections.

This movie grabs your attention from the very start, even before the "action" gets going.
