The poll covers from the 1920's silents to the 1930's talkies to 1946, when the studio closed the units down for good.

Best...I think you know I'm gonna say Bride of Frankenstein.

Worst...Captive Wild Woman..silly-ish thing, kinda doesn't belong in the Universal lineup in my opinion.
