Subject: My Dad

It has now been two months since my father has passed away and alot of memories have been racing through my mind as I go through some of his things in his room. Even though I grew up with my father (and the music business), I never realized the amount of people that he came in contact with or all of the accomplishments he made in his life from his Murray the K days until the present. I asked one of my daughters(Lauren) what part of Gramps was left in her and her answer was "his humor".
We were at the dinner table the other night with my husband, myself , our two daughters (Alison and Lauren) and Alison's friend. Alison's friend said that Alison told corny jokes like her family.
So I smile when I think that my dad does live on in all of us through his humor (his was sometimes crude ours is just corny). Not such a bad thing to pass on..........

Hello Tracey,
I have been meaning to contact you and your sisters, but I wanted to wait a while fearing it would seem uncaring.

I had the privilege of interviewing your father regarding AC/DC for a biography I am writing for Omnibus Press. We talked for over an hour, and if you would like, I could make a copy of the interview and send it to you.

We both loved AC/DC, and therefore got along great on the phone! Again, I am very sorry that he left us too soon. I know his contributions to my book will be enjoyed by everyone who reads it.

Best wishes (and prayers) to you,
Susan Masino
