First of all, there is no way a child of nine months can be potty trained or speaking full sentences. An infant does not develop that quickly. They are unable to control their BM's or mictration by this time. I work in a hospital with children evey day and have for a few years and have never seen this occur. Alot of babies do walk by nine months but some cant even roll over by then. Mothers have been known to stretch the truth a bit... not saying moms a fibber but maybe a slight truth bender. So leave kellie alone. Her child is far from needing a neurological overview unless she has been dropped on her head which i doubt very much.
