Making non-refundable reservations without an officially official press release may be ill advised BUT if at all possible do make refundable reservations immediately! As soon as all the hotel booking agents are notified every rate in Vegas will go to convention status and the room prices will be sky high! (The Aladdin has already jacked their prices & is offering no discount rooms for the week of Jan15-21 - coincidence?)

This searches all the on-line travel sites & gives you their best rates side-by-side for all the hotels! Find a rate you can live with then call the hotel & ask them to match it because 90% of Vegas hotels have a lowest price guarantee & offer a 48hr cancellation policy!
