My name is Richard Boyd. white male, married and I am writing you to inform anyone in the great field of Loss Prevention and Safety that there is a 14 year experienced person who is ready to take anything you have to offer in regards to savings profits. I can control shirnk but noone can eliminate this deadly problem. From internal and external theft, white collar crimes, shoplifting tos accident investigations for associates and the public to building safety for the employees and customers I have done it all starting as Store Detective and ending up as Regional Loss Prevention Director of the Southest Florida Region for two major retail chains, Zayre and Montgomery Wards. My Distrct LP Manager and I wrote the manual of operations for Montgomery Wards for both Sales Management and Loss Prevention and Safety operationss. This manual is still being patterned in the Retail world to this day. I have ran my own business from 1988 until now and I have closed because of the crisis in our nation. I decided to return back to the field that I am trained for and wanting to go with a motivated company that wants to survive this economic crisis by protecting the profits and inventories from theft and 1000 other ways that shrink can occur. Shrinkage never takes a holiday and flurishes in recession and depression. Only the most highly trained management teams working hand in hand with trained loss prevention peiple can this enemy be conquered. I can help.
