It sounds as if you followed the basic apprehension guideline of just about every LP orginization. However, beleive it or not, most LP apprenhension policies include seeing the person enter then store. I know it sounds silly but I am always cautious when someone already has a bag and I didn't see them enter the store. That's the oldest trick in the book. A crook walks into the store, buys two identical SKU's, goes out to his/her car to drop one off and then re-enters the store with 1 item in the bag but has a receipt for two of them. They go get another one, drop it in the bag and now have two items with a receipt for two items. They'll refund both Sku's and drive home with the free SKU they dropped off in their car.
