I have a question. Lets say a shoplifter that has been arrested and convicted. and told by the court to stay away from a particular store. and few months later he is seen in same store different city. doesn't take anything but only makes purchases of merchandise. and heads out the door. does a LP person within his right to stop and detain this individual. even though this person was not told by anyone he couldn't be thereI have a question.
