Yeah, I can agree with that, but regardless of the policy, agents had better surface some high dollar internals to make-up for the few externals. But there are alot of groups that are hitting us hard with refund fraud. It's an extarnal stat for me and they usually don't become physical when they are caught. They buy legit mens suits say $199 to $399 and then go to the L.A. garnment district and have the suits "knocked-off" for about $75 bucks and return the knock off or cash and the original suit for in-store credit.

I recorded one husband wife team purchace the suits, followed them and videotaped then buying the knock-off's and even got the wife on video re-attaching the vendor tag and our price tag with her own dennison gun in the parking lot. I proved over $10,000 in loss over a 60 day investigation. Can you believe that these crooks didn't get any jail time other then then they where booked. they got probation because the made a deal with the prosecutor to pay us back the 10 grand. Fuck it! I got our money back though.
