I was an AP Agent at Sears from 2001 - 2004 and there where alot of changes in the program over that time. Shoplift stops came to nearly a stop. The new focus was on internal auditing, inventory control, and associate awareness. I don't have anything bad to say about Sears except for the limited ability to advance. I spent almost 4 years there as an agent and lead agent. I have been with my current employer for less then 4 years and have been promoted 3 times from store detective, to lead detective, to LP Supervisor, to Regional investigator. Basically from an $11 hourly position to a $41,000 annual salary position.
