Personality: He's a pudgy and happy little kid. He cries easily (to Kiya and Joben's standards) and likes to bug siblings.

Likes: Cookies, wrestling, trading sprots cards, playing base ball and foot ball, making annoying voices to Kiya's music.

Hair: kind of spikey short blonde hair

Eyes: blue

Height: 5ft (age 12 if Ki is 16)
Techniques: Toshiro stores most of his Chakra in his arms and hands to inhance his strength. He isn't very fast, but can lift things much bigger than himself.
