What on earth had possessed Kiya to throw a valentines party? I mean, seriously. If Tige hadn’t been forced into coming, she wouldn’t have. Her bronze hair floated about her face, the strands highlighting the pale skin. Her long silvery skirt fall around her ankles, and her long sleeved black shirt was accented by an old t-shirt. The tigers eye claw that hung around her neck always glinted in the candlelight. She hated valentine’s day. She and Kiya always got the crazed fan love letters, but in her case, she never got anything from one- err, the only guy she liked. And, the whole notion of the day? What was the point of an grown man flying about in diapers, shooting at people. Okay, so she was just being a… grump, because it’s a dance, and she really prefers to stay far away from these things. Especially when Kenshin’s fan girls are involved. She always had killing urges when around them. Not to mention the psychos who just LOVED her. Tige rolled her eyes, and hearing a noise to her right, turned, but saw nothing. But, then she almost jumped out of her skin. “ACK! Kenshin, don’t do that you…” Tige couldn’t finish her insult. Kenshin grinned, but pulled the Tigress closer to his side. “Come on TJ, you don’t want to dance with anyone?” He asked, trying to look cute. But, as Tige would tell you, he always was. She blushed as her pulled her even closer, a single arm wrapped around her waist. “No!” She complained, trying to use her hair to cover her face. “Well, fine then. If I promise to not try to make you blush harder, then will you dance with me?” He asked, mentally preparing himself for rejection, shock and horror. But, Tige looking shocked, only could stare. “What?!? I want to dance with someone, and we’re both alone… come on TJ!” He used his other arm to grab her hand, and started to dance around with her. Tige half-smiled. Not one of her panicked smiles, evil grins, or that-was-funny smiles, but just a smile. Kenshin grinned back. He pulled her closer instinctively, and she tripped. He caught her forearms, and the couple were closer still… in fact… I’m pretty sure they were about to kiss but… “Tige… Kenshin… where ARE you guys… come ON!” Kiya called out, sticking her head around the corner. The spell was broken. Kenshin let go of Tige, and she stepped back, looking very surprised. Kiya hadn’t had time to comprehend the fact that the two were having a moment before it had ended, so she just carried on. She was ecstatic, being that she had convinced Sasuke to dance with her. He had, grudgingly, but, he discovered that it’s impossible for him not to do anything that Kiya asked. “Come on Teej, you have to dance with SOMEONE before the party is over!” Kiya wheedled. Tige smiled softly, still in full on crush mode. “I already did.” She said softly. “SERIOUSLY! Who? Do I know him? Tell me!” Kiya yelled. “Yeah… I’d say you know him.” Tige glanced at Kenshin for a second, who was trying to pretend he didn’t just spend about the past ten minutes flirting with one of his best friends. “Hey… I think I hear Naruto yelling about Ramen?” Tige told Kiya, looking quizzical. “OH CRAP! If he gets into the Ramen, were all DEAD!” Kiya screeched, and ran off down the hall. Kenshin turned to Tige, blushing. Well, at least they both get embarrassed at times. “Ummm…” He stumbled, but was cut off. “Thanks.” Tige muttered, and brushed her lips across his cheek, grabbing his wrist tightly for a second. Then, she squeaked, and ran off after Kiya. Kenshin just stared off after her, brushing his cheek with the back of his hand, not daring to believe what just happened. He then grinned, and walked after the two main girls in his life. It was sometimes impossible not to love them both. Y - Y Y Y Y - Y Thanks! ^_^ Side Note: Well, I’d tell you how Kakashi and Arya spent their Valentines, but I think they both slept the whole day, and didn’t actually realize that it was valentines until a few days later.
