He watches the gamma mare canter gracefully into the Third Realm. She truly is a beautiful creature, worthy of her position. Lifting his tail high above his muscular haunches, he breaks into a smooth canter and comes up beside her, slowing when she slows and saying, “This is as much your realm as it is mine, milady. Go forth and speak to the mares as if they were your sisters. Here we are equal, none are your superiors.”
With that said, the stallion turns and gallops off to a high ridge. He pauses here, rearing high upon his hind legs, dark against the horizon.

(The gamma mare recruits other mares, and in some rare cases stallions, to join our realm. She also has foals for the Monarch. I guess you could also make allies with mares in other herds or get them to give you their foals for 'insurance' so that they won't turn against us, etc. I'll have to ask the owners of EL what else the gamma does.)
