The charcoal colored stallion approaches, mane and tail like liquid onyx ripple as he moves, sensitive to every tremor, every motion. He moves softly, never leaving evidence of his passing, not even a single crescent shaped hoof print.
He pauses a comfortable distance from the mare and calls out to her, nostrils flaring as secures her scent in the endless vaults of his mind. His muscular necked is arched, a display of his strength. Despite his size he is a majestic creature, endowed with flawless conformation and a sound mind.
He moves forward again, with such grace that a horse half his size might envy him. “Milady.” He says, his voice is like a cool breeze whispering through the branches of shade trees. “My name is Casablanca. What name might you go by, milove?”
