Where are you in Texas. Im watching the weather channel now and she is a cat 4 (135 mph) and they say she is a big one like Katrina. It is very possiable for her to hit a cat. 5. I cant believe this one cause just yesterday morning she was a tropical storm and now a cat. 4 and she just hit the Gulf. We here in Louisiana are watching her also really close. They say that New Orleans cant even handle 2in. of rain and no more then 3 foot seas. Just make sure you have plenty of water, food, batteries, candles, first aid kit and start getting as much ice as you can and gas also. For us here they jacked the price of gas to 4.00 dollars a gallon for one nite. When these storms hit it is so hard to get ice and gas. Some places here still cant get gas to easy. Im praying for yall Mary cause this is scary. Also make sure you get cash money. I always use checks or debit cards but not when these stroms hit. With no electricity you need cash. Im sure you already know all of this sorry for sounding like im telling you what to do just i know what to do also but its so easy to forget something.
