I have no sympathy for irresponsible pet owners and their pets.
Not that I want to kill animals senselessly, I'd rather hurt the owners. But a trailer park is not a 160 acre farm, residential areas have laws and ordinances about loose animals regardless of species.

Granted, there are laws and ordinances about firearms as well.
Better aim would have made a Cat-Kabob or Feline-Rotisserie.
