DO NOT dryclean it.

If it's airbrushed, you need to find out whether they used a watersoluble paint. If they did, and you wash it, the color may run.

If it is a solid color, you can wash it in the bathtub. Use plenty of water to be able to swish the dress around gently, and use a mild detergent, like woolite, or ivory snow. Rinse it gently, and stuff it with towels so that it sits up like it's on a mannequin to dry. Never ever hang wet superstretch, it will stretch out of shape. When it's dry you can iron the skirt on very low heat if needed, or you can use one of those steamer things to get any wrinkles out. Good luck!

You can also place in upside down on a lampshade (no lamp) to dry and this will help to keep the fullness of the skirt
