Thank you Ashley. It's good to see someone who shares a similiar viewpoint. Villani, I understand your reason for mentioning all the wars throughout Europe led to a sever case of paranoia. But if you throw the early British into the mix, and cite the wars they've been in, it was the fucking WASPs who started virtually every war they've fought under the Union Jack. You name it France, Spain, Holland, Scotland, and even the USA. Off the top of my head, I can think of the following wars the limeys lost; their defeat at the hands of the Scotsman Robert the Bruce, defeat in the 100 Years War vs. France, and defeats against the US during the American Revolution and War of 1812. Despite those blotches on their war ecord, the limeys won just about all the other wars they instigated; which were a whole shitload.
If anything, all those other nations should have been so "paranoid" that they should have been as ignorant as the early British. However, they were not, DESPITE being on the receiving end of WASP hostilities endlessly.
And so, the early British were to blame for their ignorance and savagery. They weren't being attacked, they were doing the attacking, and prior to that, Ireland never even threatened Britain. The WASPs were responsible for their heinous and inexcusable crimes.
PS) Don't get me wrong, I don't promote hatred against Brits, and I won't accuse present day English as being the same as those of centuries past, I'm just pointing out that their early ancestors ARE to blame to their actions. No amount of excuses of "paranoia" or "fucked up heads" can ever excuse that.
