Your friend is only an exception. Look at the majority of African Blacks. They're killing, raping, and enslaving each other even to this day. This Ethiopian you know represents only a minority elite who long ago realized that they need to move above the savagery of their African counterparts and embrace a much higher road in life.

Most parts of Africa can't even feed itself. Look at Jahannesburg, South Africa, it's 90% Black and the crime capitol of the world. Zimbabwe and Botswana got rid of all the "evil white devil" farmers who actually knew how to grow food, and replaced them all with dumb spooks who don't even know how to use farm equipment.
NOW, they WANT the White farmers to COME BACK because the niggers in Botswana and Zimbabwe have finally realized (took them long enough) that their own people are too fucking stupid to do ANYTHING other than make war on each other and raping babies for a "cure" to their massive AIDS problem.

The rampant savagery of Blacks when left to their own devices should tell ANYONE, that the inherent genetic codes in different races are responsible for how the majority of different groups of people behave. Biology plays a HUGE role in such matters.
Let's face it, Blacks have evolved in an environment where killing, stealing, raping, and running wild conferred unto them great survival advantages throughout their history.
So it's a VAIN attempt to try to assimilate them en masse because they've proven their incapable of any long term civility. Sure, quite a few of them are capable, but the majority of the rest of them are NOT.
