indium is great, check out only the liquid where you put a drop or two on your tounge, its expensive but last awhile, noni is good but tahitian that comes in the glass bottle is the best. the others are cut with who knows what. one bottle is fourty bucks but worth it. the indium is between 75-85 per bottle. the results honestly will make a big difference. provides the edge in many ways. do research on steamroom and water hydration after workouts. many benifits for sleep and mental awareness. daily steam will detox about 60 percent of toxins in system on a daily basis while others toxins detox faster. if you include anything in your diet include grapeseed extract and flaxseed oil.
