I'll post my stats here, i have no reason to lie, since i gain nothing from it.

bicep curls: 20 lb dumbbells for reps (never maxed out)
overhead press: 35 lb dumbbell, 50 lb barbell (the olympic bar with two 2.5 lb plates on each side), 25 lb dumbbell for reps, 35 lb barbell for reps.
bench press: 80 lbs (70 lbs without a spotter) as a max, 65 lbs for reps
deadlift: 65 lbs using one hand, 115 lbs with two hands
squat: 115 lbs
leg press: 360 lbs (i just pushed it up from start, is that ok?)

I know these numbers sound pretty wimpy, but remember, i mostly concentrate on functional strength, i only workout on occasion, maybe once a week or so. Most of my strength training comes from lifting things that even some guys won't try to lift.
