I really struggled with the words to put down to express my feelings about this past weekend and whole year, so I asked Emma and I will use her words… “Super Super Super Dooper Dooper Dooper Exciting!”…. I think that about sums it up! I am still overwhelmed and Emma is still bouncing off the walls from this weekend.
This past year has been amazing to watch Emma’s confidence and personality blossom on stage. She has worked very hard this year and I couldn’t be more proud of her accomplishments. Pageantry has given her the poise, confidence and social skills she will carry with her through life. None of which could be possible without the superb dedication of WV finest directors. It is apparent to me with the extra things offered, advice, newsletter, contests, large awards and the time put into a nice production, that these directors really care about the children. My sincerest gratitude goes out to each of them for all their hard work. Special thanks goes to Ms Betty for the incredible amount of time you put into WV PiP, your impressive pageants, free contest and awards, and what impresses me the most is no matter how busy you are, you always stop to answer a child trying to get your attention.
This year has been way more than what happens on stage, but what goes on in the dressing room. We both have made awesome friends we will cherish for years to come. We thank all of you from the bottom of our heart for your support and friendship.
