I just wanted to let everyone know that if they qualify with residency requirements, they should definitely enter the Miss St. Francis Pageant! I have had the time of my life; it is the BEST thing I have ever done. The people of the City of St. Francis are incredible and supportive. There are so many events where you can represent your title, and the pageant directors and staff are amazing. I will never forget this year, and I'm getting sad, and it's only a little more than halfway into my year!

The work that George George does to get sponsors for this program is impressive. Just by entering, you get scholarship money, not to mention the great girls you get to meet and hopefully keep in touch with after the pageant. It's so great to be able to see the sponsors throughout the year, too. This is definitely a "hands-on" local ... you really get to know everyone who puts all their efforts into it and they become your friends for life.

I am so grateful to the City of St. Francis and to everyone who works so hard to provide this opportunity for young women. I hope I have been able to give back to the community in some way to show my appreciation.
