QUEENS (MUST BE 16 BY JAN.1 & NOT HAVE TURNED 22 BY JAN.1, 2007,MAY NOT HAVE EVER BEEN MARRIED OR PREGNANT, OR HAD A MARRIAGE ANNULLED)
ENTRY FEE IS $65.00 BEFORE THE EARLY BIRD DEADLINE OF SEPTEMBER 10 & $75.00 AFTER BUT BEFORE FINAL DEADLINE OF SEPTEMBER 18. IF YOU WIN A WVAFF TITLE BEFORE OUR PAGEANT WE WILL REFUND YOUR ENTRY FEE.
MS. AND MRS. (AGES 18 & UP, FOR MRS. YOU MUST BE MARRIED, A RESIDENT OR A STUDENT OR SSOCIATED WITH A WV FESTIVAL AND FOR MS. YOU CAN BE SINGLE, DIVORCED, WIDOWED,A WV RESIDENT OR A STUDENT OR ASSOCIATED WITH A WV FEST)
ENTRY FEE FOR EARLY BIRD IS $75.00 AND BEFORE FINAL BUT AFTER EARLY BIRD DEADLINE IS $100.00
GREAT CROWNS, TROPHIES/PLAQUES/AWARDS, SAHSES AND GIFTS

PHASE I FOR ALL 3 PAGEANTS IS ON SEPTEMBER 30 AND BY APPOINTMENT AFTER YOUR ENTRY IS RECEIVED AND IS PERSONAL INTERVIEW AND INTRODUCTION. FINALISTS (SEEKING TOP 5 IN EACH BUT THERE WILL BE MORE IF THERE ARE TIES)WILL BE NOTIFIED BY EMAIL, CELL AND HOME PHONE THAT EVENING.

PHASE II IS ON OCTOBER 7TH FOR FINALISTS AND WILL INVOLVE FOR QUEENS WEARING AN EVENING GOWN PLUS ON STAGE QUESTION(S) AND FOR MS. AND MRS. FORMAL WEAR (COCKTAIL DRESS, COCKTAIL SUIT, COCKTAIL PANTSUIT,ETC OR EVENING GOWN IF YOU CHOOSE) AND QUESTIONS.
