Al- I clearly respect your opinion, but I must say that I think you are out of touch with reality. Some of us paid almost $100.00 for the "action pack" as it was described, but the only "action" we got was a couple of years of empty promises the TDS-4 was "just around the corner". Eventually, you turn so many of those "corners" with no product in sight and you become frustrated and dismayed. Many of us feel that we have been cheated by Diamond Computer Systems and would like to recover some of our funds. If you can take a $20 or $30 or $100 hit, that's fine and G*d bless you, but for many of us, it's just not right.
