To all those Forde park victims who were "represented" by Woolcombe Beer Watts: if you feel you are NOT satisfied by the "representation" they gave, why don't you seek legal advice and take action against WBW, like myself and others are doing. This case was a serious matter that was totally mishandled by WBW and in doing so they have caused more stress to victims who wanted justice, not to be taken advantage of. A legal case against WBW is now ongoing and I believe that all those involved with putting Hooper and Ely away were not given the justice and representation they ARE entitled to. This is a matter that should be addressed by all FP victims and is the RIGHT thing to do to prevent other, future victins from being exploited by unscrupulous legal representatives. The only way we can get justice, as I said at the time, is to fight for it right down to the end. Those who feel they can take advantage, or exploit the FP victims should be shown that they are NOT able to do so and that legal redress is possible. There can be an end to this but it means more sacrifices and more interviews, etc, etc. You all know the score, why not do something about it? Surely this is the only way we can all get peace and maybe some decent sleep.
