hi helina, i first went to vinny green, then on to kingswood assesment centre, then to sedbury park and finally to kingswood special unit.This began in 1974 and i ended up going back home to my mum and brothers in 1978 and in my opinion i returned home a more dishonest, mixed up kid than prior than when i went into approved school, in the seventies the fad seemed to be if your mum was a single parent you would end up in approved school much easier if you offended than if you had two parents at home, a fad which in my opinion was ludicrous. i hope this assist you in some way, if i can help you any further do not hesitate to contact me.
