Dear Old Boys,

There will be an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of St. Francis Xavier’s College Junior Alumni Association held on 22nd April 2006. The meeting will be held on the Lecture Room at 2/F, St. Francis Xavier’s College at 14:30. The meeting is about the amendment of the constitutions and it will be subject to sufficient votes for its approval.

The constitutions involve a major change of the alumni hierarchy in which the St. Francis Xavier’s College Junior Alumni will extend its membership to serve ex-students of all years from St. Francis Xavier’s College, in contrast with the previous membership that old boys of only the first 7 years beyond F.5 are eligible.

After the constitutions are passed, the St. Francis Xavier’s College Junior Alumni will be renamed “St. Francis Xavier’s College Alumni Association” and will be functioning as a peer entity of “St. Francis Xavier’s School Alumni Association” which is serving old boys from our Tsuen Wan Alma Mater. The “St. Francis Xavier’s Alumni Association (Hong Kong Division of the World Marist Family)”, will remain as an umbrella unit for the other two alumni associations.

Details of the EGM of St. Francis Xavier’s College Junior Alumni:
Date: 22nd April 2006 (Saturday)
Time: 14:30 to 16:00
Venue: Lecture Room, 2/F, St. Francis Xavier’s College

Agenda:
1. To receive and adopt the agenda
2. Amendment of the constitution, subject to approval of the constitutions
3. A.O.B.

凡是畢業七年內的校友有權出席會議及投票權，開會的法定人數是二十人及所需的合法投票總數是三分之二
