2. 誰有投票權？
3. 開會的法定人數是多少？
4. 通過修章需要有合法投票總數的幾分之幾？

凡是畢業七年內的校友有權出席會議及投票權，開會的法定人數是二十人及所需的合法投票總數是三分之二
