純粹更正CHEM之錯誤
以下小小個人意見, 與肥佬余無關

可否貼篇article出黎,或貼網址皆可
篇article內容講電話上網technology?
如果真是如此, 出試卷的人便確是疏忽了
這也許只能怪出卷的人思想太正直了
諾貝爾發明炸藥, 原只想用來開山拓石
怎料被人用作殺人的工具
故此知道炸藥有爆炸性, 未必知道其可作殺人之用途
不知者不罪?還是在問責文化下要出卷的人揹鍋?
又或者出卷的人只負責試題內容, 評審試卷的主任疏忽評估學生出貓的可能性, 才要負全責?
更重要的是如何合理地解決事件?出貓的人有多少?
重考可以嗎?甚或刪除該部份, 單靠其他部份評核分數?
這才是值得想的問題
