三次釋法,已經清楚地顯示出,香港的司法,不能獨立於大陸的立法,只要人大一聲令下,香港的 " 司法獨立 " 亦要讓路,毫不誇張的說句,如果大陸執意的要釋 " 一國兩制 " 這四個字,恐怕大家現行所擁有的自由亦就消失殆盡
行政不獨立於中央意志者,行政長官的意志不能獨立於中央,例子嗎?董先生今年年初的鬧劇應該是最佳的例子,還不夠嗎?曾先生上台都可算是一個不錯的例子
立法不獨立於中央其實就是逾半數的議席被所謂 " 親中政黨 " 所控制,令立法會成為橡皮圖章

其實今次之所以鬧得眼紅耳熱,不外乎兩個原因
一.07/08普選與否
二.為普選定下時間表
而各派的立場亦非常分明的
泛民主派 : 07/08普選 + 為普選定下時間表
民建聯 : 07/08不普選 + 為普選定下時間表
親商界 : 07/08不普選 + 不為普選定下時間表
中央呢?似乎就是 07/08不普選 + 不為普選定下時間表

問題是,大家是否懂得解讀這種怪異的狀況呢? 6B28WMH 能否嘗試批判地思考,香港正在發生甚麼事?

但是台灣一早已經是一人一票選舉了.中國大陸由最初對此表現殺氣騰騰,到現在明言是台灣的事,中方不會干預.咁我地覺得既然香港和台灣是兩兄弟,打個比喻:阿爸對兄弟有不公平對待時,係唔係應該嘈下,表達一下呢! 如果唔爭取,阿爸只會讚一句乖仔,就算數架喇!
中國共產黨很多時是關埋門就有計傾既,最多嘈完交又拍番膊頭,對嗎??
