除了現役同學要有禮貌，令賓客有賓至如歸之感外，身為校友的我們，更是「濟記出品，必屬精品」的標誌。屆時，賓客不應只有機會欣賞濟記「制作中的半制成品」是什麼質素，更應有機會欣賞「制成品」的優質表現。

我們在公開考試的成績可能不如人家，但我們不屈不撓的鬥志，我們不偏不倚的價值觀，我們不離不棄的團結心，也足以協助我們在社會上建立自己的事業。
