I agree with this. I knew of this yesterday, had my payment in the mail on my way to work today. The 10/31 mail payment OPTION wasn't sprung on us today. However, all the information did say "Either mail your payment with a 10/31 postmark OR pay on the site by that date." Today is the first day they've said there will be no ability to pay on the site. That being said, I do think that since they have a deadline of postmarked mail of 11/1 for those who are registering today, they should just have that be the deadline period.
